Spectacular 4.2 acre lot located off of Bushnell Road in Waitsfield, VT. House to be built will have breath taking western views of the Green Mountains, including Camel’s Hump as its centerpiece. This property is truly one of a kind. The yard is very private with wood surroundings, including beautiful hardwoods and apple trees. There is a barn located on the property originally constructed in the 1800′s. The barns large timbers are in amazing condition and could be incorporated into the design of the new home (picture below).
