Condo Kitchen and Living Room Renovation

Carry out a challenging renovation requiring creative building solutions.

• Fix bad roof and curtain wall leaks (water was flowing into the condo)
• Remove the roof over the finished space and rebuild it
• Extended the structural floor of the main living area to the end of the atrium
• Rebuild the entire window curtain wall, installing all custom glass
• Complete interior finishes:

• Removed wall dividing kitchen from atrium and view
• Opened up living spaces
• Installed all-new cabinets, countertops, flooring, kitchen finishes, and appliances
• Added a half bath on the main level landing
