Goodman turned an above garage barn space into a separate guest living space and bedroom with a warm, post-and-beam vibe, with a very modern feel.
- Created faux beams to give the room a post and beam feel.
- Crafted finished maple stairs, skirts and risers, with custom inserts.
- Constructed custom loft with built-in king-size bed frame (with storage), railing, and custom ladder (with additional storage bar).
- Installed barn-style sliding door with black hardware.
- Added custom trim and pine shiplap ceiling.
- Renovated bathrooms with all new plumbing finishes, tile bathroom floor, and custom tiled shower.
- Finished shower with hinged Acme glass door with black hardware.
