Goodman took this kitchen and dining room down to its studs gave it a new life.

Took kitchen and dining room down to studs.
- Opened up existing flat dining room ceiling and created a vaulted, beaded pine ceiling with exposed Douglas Fir beams.

Removed existing interior wall and doubled the size of the kitchen.

Installed all new cabinets, countertops, sink, faucet, appliances, as well as undercabinet and recessed lighting.

Added important touches, such as kitchen backsplash tile, and new hard maple flooring.

Opened up the entire space with new windows in kitchen, and new sliders in both the dining and living rooms.

Installed custom metal railing and a new exterior front door.
