Goodman doubled the size of the kitchen and overhauled two bathrooms to boot.

• Structurally modified kitchen bearing walls to double the size of the space

• Installed all new plumbing finishes in both bathrooms

• Tiled shower walls and floors

• Added new windows in both the kitchen and bathrooms

• Installed new maple hardwood flooring and carpet throughout.

• Crafted custom Douglas fir bench and railing

• Updated to solid interior doors and hardware

• Wrapped mirrors in both bathrooms in custom cherry frames to match vanities

• Refinished maple dining table
