Waterbury Bakery and Classroom

• Took the build area down to the studs and reworked all electrical and plumbing to support a commercial kitchen
• Designed the space based on the owner's needs and so as to re-use existing commercial baking equipment
• Worked closely with neighboring businesses to limit building noise during prime hours
• Created two separate spaces: a classroom for teaching baking, and a production area
• Interfaced with local officials and the State Fire Marshal to successfully complete the project in a timely manner
• Delivered a space that is not only highly functional, but also very inviting
